You have the numbers - do you know what they mean?

You have the numbers. But do you know what they mean?

Most small businesses already have data: store backend, POS, accounting software, spreadsheets. But more numbers is not the same as knowing what is happening.

At month end you usually know three things: how much you sold, how many orders, and whether it went up or down. Then the real questions: why? which customer matters? how much stock next month? Nobody can answer.

The three questions that actually matter

  • Which products really make money? Not the best sellers - the ones with the best net margin
  • Which customers are worth keeping? How much revenue comes from repeat buyers?
  • What will next month look like? Basis for stock, cash flow and hiring

How we do it (3 steps, no system change)

  1. Use the data you already have - store, POS, accounting files, bank statements. No migration, no re-entry
  2. Build a dashboard - revenue, orders, average order value, margin, trends. Works on mobile. Big numbers, not walls of text
  3. Monthly analysis with action points - not just charts, but "here is what to do next month"

Data security: it runs on your machine

Customer data and revenue figures are sensitive. Our analysis system runs on your own computer, or on a local server we manage - data is not sent to third-party clouds.

Who is it for?

Online stores, retail, F&B, workshops, clinics. If you have receipts, you have data.

Who is it not for?

Projects requiring audited or ISO-certified reports - those need an accounting firm. Ours is decision-support analysis.

Pricing

Depends on scope. We start with a free assessment, then issue a formal quotation. No hidden fees.
